Returns & Swap

1. Hopahopa.eu strives to provide you with a high-quality product. Upon receipt of your order, you must immediately inspect the delivered goods and immediately report any defects found in writing via our return form. If the item of clothing does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the order within 14 working days after receipt. Please send the return shipment in the original quantity, original condition, including labels and packaging.

2. As soon as the return shipment has been received, checked and approved by us, we will transfer the total purchase amount of the returned items to your account within fourteen (14) days. You bear the costs of returning the items yourself.

We do not take back items if they are no longer in their original condition, as follows:

– the articles have been worn or washed;

– the articles no longer have the original labels;

– you have attempted to repair a defect yourself;

In this case, the returned products will be sent back to the customer without processing the return.

3. We do not accept returns containing used or damaged items. Hopahopa.eu reserves the right to refuse to process a refund if all conditions are not met. As a buyer, you are responsible for the goods. Any signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, make it impossible to return.

In the case of excessive returns, Hopahopa.eu has the right to refuse future orders or subject them to terms and conditions.
Swap

1. If you want to exchange the item for a different size, we request that you return the item and place a new order in our store. So you go through the ordering process again.

2. The customer is obliged to send the items to be returned at his own expense. Returns, which are sent by post, must at all times be sufficiently stamped, insufficiently stamped returns will NOT be received and therefore NOT credited.
